  • Unfortunately, we do not give refunds on delivered packages. You would need to follow-up with any roommates, members of your family, and the post office that delivers your mail.

  • We make no claims any of our earrings are hypoallergenic.

  • Sorry, but no. You would have needed to let us know before we shipped out. Contact your local post office.

  • We have no control over USPS. Sometimes the holiday season along with severe weather conditions may delay the delivery. Please give it time.

  • Sorry about the lost earring. However, we do not replace lost earrings for free. We provide no guarantee that the pushback will never fall out. We recommend that you check your earrings daily.

  • Itโ€™s always nice to get orders from fellow Austinites! Unfortunately, we do all transactions thru the website. The only time we donโ€™t is when we're at events. Keep an eye out on our website for upcoming events we'll be attending. In the meantime, keep it weird ;).

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

  • We provide a 14-day return policy.
